2. Booking and Participation
Our city adventure games are designed to be self-guided. You will receive instructions and access codes via email upon purchase. Please note the following participation rules:
- Access codes are valid for a single team play-through.
- You may start the route on any day and at any time, provided there is adequate daylight for safety and puzzle visibility.
- Teams are fully responsible for ensuring their mobile devices have sufficient battery and mobile data to interact with the game interface.
3. Safety and Conduct

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our digital adventure materials are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final. We cannot offer refunds for unused games. However, your digital access code does not expire for twelve months, giving you the flexibility to postpone your group event in the case of poor weather or scheduling conflicts.
